A: Definitely yes, we can make products according to your any specific requirement, as we have done OEM/ODM for our customers for more than 15 years.

2.Q: As this is our first cooperation, could I order one sample to check quality first?
A: Sure, it is ok to do samples for you first, and it’s FREE.

3.Q: How is your sample delivery time and mass production delivery time?
A: For sampling, if we have stock sample, then can send it out immediately, and if not, generally, we need one week to prepare samples, but if we can make it faster, we’ll try.
For mass production, generally, we need 35 days after all artwork confirmed, but if you have further questions, just let us know, we’ll try to support you if we can do it better.

4.Q: What can I do if there are defective products?
A: 1.In this case, please contact us as soon as possible, making photos and videos so that we can figure out what is going on, after research, our RD will take quick measurements to solve it.
2. Maybe you can make some FOC qty when you are playing orders:) so that you can do ASAP reaction when your customers complain about defective products, you can make replacement for them/
